We would be incredibly grateful if you are able to take a few minutes to complete the feedback form for attending Ritual Reconstructed Revisited: continuity and signalling the future. Aka. “Ritual Reconstructed: The Online Hanukah Edition” on the 15th – 17th December 2020.

We are really looking forward to receiving your thoughts on the event and recommendations for future directions/how to enhance inclusivity etc. The survey has space for additional comments. It is important that we are able to demonstrate interest in/support for continuing our work on LGBTQI+ Faith and identity.

We would like to ensure that everyone who attended the sessions sees this form and has a chance to respond (particularly those people who may have watched/attended some sessions alongside family or friends) please only complete one version of the form if you receive another link but pass it onto anyone you know who viewed/attended sessions but may not have registered to attend.
