The Ritual Reconstructed team are committed to promoting equality and inclusivity in all events and activities. All Ritual Reconstructed event participants receive equal treatment regardless of their gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, sex and sex characteristics, faith/belief/religion, ethnic, racial or socio-economic background, immigration status, age or ability.
We operate a zero-tolerance approach to any delegate or project participant being subjected to harm, threats of harm, bullying and harassment, discrimination, or any inappropriate behaviour or language, and reserve the right to remove event delegates who display abusive and harmful behaviour from the symposium, with immediate effect.
The Ritual Reconstructed team are committed to equality, inclusivity and diversity and we stand in solidarity with BAME/PoC colleagues and communities.
To illustrate our core commitment to inclusivity and recognition, we utilise the Progress Pride Flag in our project materials (which incorporates the Trans flag colours, and references LGBT+ PoC), alongside the Ritual Reconstructed logo (by Wyman Babbage) and the Intersex Jewish Pride Flag specially created by Martin DiMaggio for this event in recognition of communities who are not routinely included in LGBT+ iconography.
